  • Can I ship the gift straight to the receiver?

    Yes, you can.

    At check out , fill out the shipping portion with the receiver’s address and we will ship it straight to them. Don’t forget to complete the note section so they know who this gift is from.

  • What do I do if I don't know which gift to pick?

    We definitely understand that, and we know how important is for the receiver to love the gift, therefore we also offer gift cards that range from $50 to $1000. These can be used for both individual and corporate\ events gifting. This could also be an amazing gift for a wedding. Let the bride pick or custom her bridesmaids’ gifts.

  • What do I do if I want to send a gift to all my employees? or all our event's guests?

    We offer corporate gifting which can be done in 2 ways: pick from readymade gifts or custom the gifts based on your companies / event’s colors. You can have them shipped to each person or at the office/ event. Send us an email or calls us and we can talk about what would this look like.

  • What is your return policy?

    Given the unique contents of our gift boxes, we are unable to facilitate returns or provide refunds. In the unlikely event that your gift box arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.   • What delivery options do you offer?

    We provide nationwide shipping, local hand-delivery services in DFW and pick-up options at our location in Lewisville, Tx.

    Our gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days from the day you place your order.
